What up everybody? The Power Universe is officially back with book 4 force season 2, and it was an explosive first episode with a whole lot to talk about. As I get my thoughts together concerning the episode of course I will be dropping more videos throughout the week.
But today I want to talk about how episode 1 pretty much confirmed that there will indeed be a Ghost, Force crossover at some point in Season 2. Seeing that Season 2 starts off just 2 days after Lilliana was killed by Claudia Flynn in the shootout.
And likely the very next day from where Force left off with Tommy, Diamond, and JP taking a shot for Lilliana. Because it seems like after that Tommy took several more shots, and got wasted, and maybe even got on some light drugs.
Because the opening scene of season 2 showed Tommy faded in his loft, hearing Lilliana’s voice in a hallucination. Therefore since season 2 is picking up the very next day where season 1 left off, Tommy has not made his trip back to New York city.
And obviously since Tommy hasn’t been back to New York yet, on the current Force timeline Tasha and Tarq St. Patrick are still his enemies. And since the force timeline is currently a little behind the Ghost timeline, the crossover wont be Tariq, and Brayden coming to Chicago for help.
But as I expected we will most likely get to see the crossover occur as we see Tommy make the trip back to New York from his perspective. Something similar to the last few episodes of Power where we got to see everything from multiple perspectives.
At this point we would get to see everything Tommy was doing while he was in New York. We also got clarity why Tommy told Tariq he was dead in New York, but not in Chicago. Chicago already knows that Tommy faked his death, but when they called the New York office, they were convinced Tommy Egan was burned alive, and there is no chance he survived.
So when will the crossover happen, and we will get to see Tariq, Monet, and them on the Force Screen? I’m guessing this will either happen on episode 5, or one of the last episodes of the season like when Tommy showed up on Ghost.
Stay on the lookout for something big to happen in episode 5. Because of the post Joseph Sikora made several months back, talking about is Ghost dead, or alive? Just finished recording episode 5.
There was also the promotional clip that aired before the show, that was promoting the new seasons of Force, Raising Kanan, and BMF. In this clip it shows Tommy telling somebody that it’s good to see you again.
This could be after Ghost returns to save Tommy’s life, or it could be during Tommy’s trip back New York, and he might be talking to Tariq, Tasha, 2-Bit, Cash, or Kadeem, or possibly even Davis MacLean.
Keep in mind of the scene with Tariq, and Davis at the end of Ghost season 3 when Davis mentions to Tariq, when your homicidal Uncle tells you not to start a war you should probably listen.
We never heard Tariq tell Davis anything about Tommy, so how did Davis know that Tommy told Tariq that, and how does Davis know about Tommy? Do Davis and Tommy have a prior history? Maybe Davis is who helped Tommy fake his death.
There is also the Kate Egan factor. When Tariq showed up at Kate’s house at the end of Season 3 looking for Tommy. But right now, Kate is still in Chicago taking care of D-Mac, and hasn’t even made it back home yet.
It doesn’t even look like that they have held Mariam Egan’s funeral yet. At this funeral is where we could possibly find out if there was a connection between the Egan’s, and the Flynns. At the end of Season 3 when Tariq showed up at Kate’s, she had boxes all over the place like she was about to move.
It does look like Kate will be moving to Chicago to help with D-Mac, and help JP with his bar. Either though there is still a chance that those boxes indicated she moved into a bigger place, and D-Mac, and JP were moving to New York to live with Kate.
We also found out this episode that D-Mac’s mom was not in the picture, so that confirms D-Mac was basically raised in the streets hustling to get by. When Tommy offered Kate a gram or 2 of coke for a pick me up, Kate actually turned it down, and said she’s trying to stay clean.
The fact that Kate is turning over a new leave, makes me think that Kate’s life is in danger this season. This being Power, and all where we don’t get too many happy endings, Kate staying clean could be a clue that she will die this season.
But one thing we do know for sure is that none of Tommy’s family members will die before he takes his trip to New York. This is 100% confirmed because during his conversation with Tasha he tells her about JP, and D-Mac
And Kate has to stay alive long enough to get the letter from Diana Tejada, and have Tariq come to her house. So like I said we might get to see Tommy’s trip to New York from his perspective, we might also get more details on what happened, seeing these events from Kate’s perspective.
I’m not gonna go to deep into it, because I already made a video about this, and I’ll try to remember to put the link in the description, because it is very relevant to what I’m talking about today, and that’s Diana or Dru Tejada will kill Kate to cover up there secret.
Since there plan didn’t work they will now need to cover their tracks, and part of that would be silencing Kate Egan, and also deleting the ring video footage of Diana delivering the letter to Kate.
They’ll probably try to make it look like somebody else did it so they don’t have to worry about Tommy coming for them, but either way, they can’t be worried about Tommy finding out, until they are safe from Monet, and Cane finding out they tried to kill Monet.
Neither D-Mac or JP was shown in the season 2 trailer which had a lot of us wondering what there role would be or would they survive. So it is good to know that they will survive most likely at least until the end of the season.
Becaus starting season 2 JP was in danger for the exact reason we saw play out in episode 1. JP killed Claudia Flynn’s Dahlia business by posting the recipe online. Claudia must have forgot JP knew the recipe because she falsely accused the doc before killing her.
And D-Mac was also in danger from Cousin Buddy because he never brought him back 4 more bricks of Dahlia, or a seat with the connect. But that all may be changed too, because it looks like the Dahlia storyline is over with.
Leaving the question, what happened to Marshall? Will he be in Season 2, or was he already killed by Cousin Buddy. And there you have it. Season 2 Force, Ghost crossover confirmed, leave your thoughts, theories, and predictions, in the comments.
